New figures for Bulgaria: 107,262 ha of winter rape for the 2021 harvest

This is a smaller decline as excepted. Bulgarian farmers drilled in some regions quite late – until end of October 2020. This late sowing was also observed by our remote sensing specialists. Below pictures show a field in Burgas where in the middle of November 2020 no rape was visible and in January 2021 based on Kleffmann Digital NDVI and further indices the signature of winter oilseed rape could be clearly detected.
